This page is for deleting your Melbees account without having the game installed. If you still have the game on your device, the in-app path is immediate and is the one we recommend.
Deletion happens right away. The game confirms only after our server has confirmed: if the connection fails it tells you it could not, and nothing is half-deleted.
Write to melbees.games@gmail.com from the same Google address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. That address is what identifies the account; a request from a different one cannot be acted on, because we have no way to tell that it is you.
We delete within 30 days of receiving the request, and reply to the same address when it is done.
Everything our server holds that is tied to your account:
One purchase audit line, with you taken out of it. When the account is deleted we keep a record that a subscription stopped being linked, with the date and the reason — and the account identifier is removed from that line at the same moment. What is left points at no person. Without that record, a later legitimate attempt to restore your own subscription would be refused by the anti-fraud check.
What is on your device is unaffected, because it was never on the server. Your progress, the secrets you have discovered, your best times, your items and your settings are stored on the device only. Deleting the account deletes none of it. If you also want the local data gone, use Settings → Delete my data inside the game: they are two different actions, and neither does the other.
Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription and does not refund it: Google Play is what charges and what cancels. To cancel, use your Google Play account subscriptions.
The subscription stays yours. After deleting the account you can sign in with another Google account and restore the same subscription normally.
